Your time
It’s fast
Real tables underneath — a 50,000-row table opens in about a third of a second, and sorting, filtering and searching stay quick as the data grows.
Keyset-paged. The browser never loads the whole table.
Your money
It’s honest
One small price as your team grows. No fake tiers hiding the basics behind a paywall.
A fraction of Airtable’s bill.
Your data
It’s yours
A million records per database, and a one-file export of the whole thing, any day.
Airtable caps you at 1,000 free.
Your attention
It’s calm
Your tables, and the quiet. What you need is in front of you; what you don’t stays out of the way.
No buttons you’ll never press.
Free forever
Solo
$0/ month, always
For one person running the whole thing. The entire product — every field, view, the API, webhooks, export — 5 GB of files, no time limit, no credit card.
This isn’t a trial that nags you or a demo that quits at 1,000 records. It’s the real tool, free, for as long as it’s just you.

Everything in Solo, for your whole team — plus 100 GB of files, roles and invitations. The first editor stays free, and viewers are always free.
Your bill can’t run away from you. Each new editor is priced by a small bracket, and it never re-prices people you already added. The count stops at 25 — and viewers are always free.

Open beta

Billing isn’t switched on yet — everything is free right now while we’re in open beta. The prices and limits here are the plan for when we start charging, and whatever rate you’re on when the beta ends is the rate you keep.

Everything’s included — on both plans

The things other tools charge extra for, or bury two tiers up, are just here.

On Airtable, record colors need a paid plan and API calls without a monthly cap need Business. Here they’re standard.

The little things, fixed

The papercuts you stopped noticing because you assumed nothing could be done. Built by people who do this work every day.

Paste an image onto an attachment that already has one, and it silently replaces the old one.
Tabla asks: add or replace? Every time. One click, nothing lost.
The grid says one day, the API says another — timezones are somebody else’s problem.
Each database declares its own timezone, and the grid, the API, and webhooks agree on what day it is.
Change a field’s type and watch it quietly destroy the data it couldn’t convert.
Tabla refuses to guess. A type change happens only when every value fits — nothing is ever eaten.
The filter syntax your automations need is undocumented — pure guesswork and 422 errors.
One documented filter language, shared by the grid, the API, and webhooks. It can’t drift.
Delete a record by accident and it’s just gone — no undo, no second chance.
“Deleted — Undo,” plus a trash that holds everything for 7 days. Mistakes are recoverable.
Uploading a file through the API is an encoding saga of special hosts and hoops.
Two plain calls — upload the file, set the field. Exactly what Make and n8n already send.

No competitor sweats these. That’s rather the point.

The same small business, three tools

A five-person operation with a real database. Same needs, same month — just the bill, and what you’re allowed to do.

A team of 5, roughly 40,000 records, files, and a couple of automations running.

Every number here is what each tool publishes today. We didn’t pick a flattering example — this is just a normal small team. One nuance: Airtable counts records per base; NocoDB counts them across the whole workspace.

Priced so you never have to think about it

The bill has a ceiling

Counting stops at 25 editors. Hire your 40th person — the price doesn’t move.

Your price is locked

Prices may change for new signups. Yours won’t, for as long as you stay.

You can leave, whole

Export everything — tables, records, files — any day. No lock-in holding you here.

The whole picture

What you get, side by side. Read it and decide for yourself.
