Canceling and refunds

Cancel at any time

An admin can cancel a paid plan whenever they like. The plan keeps running to the end of the month or year already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. Then the account moves to the free plan: one person keeps editing, everyone else can still open and read everything, and nothing is deleted.

Refunds

We don’t refund payments, in full or in part. Where the law where you live gives you a right to cancel a purchase, that right applies, and nothing here takes it away. Paid plans are sold through Link, part of Stripe, and Link’s own purchase terms apply to the payment as well.

Removing an editor

Removing an editor partway through a month or year turns their unused time into credit toward the account’s later bills. Credit is never paid out as cash, and credit that no later bill uses is forfeited.
